How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within the US, 10–20 days to Canada, and 15–30 days internationally. You’ll receive tracking via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email us at [support@apexkin.com].
Where do you ship from?
We partner with specialty suppliers worldwide to bring you premium products at fair prices. Most orders ship from international warehouses, which is why delivery times are a little longer than fast-fashion retailers — but the quality is worth the wait.

What is your return policy?

What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days at [support@apexkin.com] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll replace, reship, or refund — whichever resolves things best for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order enters fulfillment, we typically can’t make changes.
🐾 About Our Products
Are ApexKin products safe for puppies and kittens?
Most of our products — like lick mats, calming beds, and grooming tools — are safe for pets of all ages. For supplements, calming chews, or anything you put on or in your pet, we recommend checking with your veterinarian first, especially for puppies and kittens under 12 weeks.
Do calming products actually work for anxious pets?
Many do, but results vary by pet and trigger. Compression vests, lick mats, and pheromone diffusers have strong followings among pet parents. We recommend identifying your pet’s specific anxiety trigger (separation, noise, overstimulation) and layering 2–3 different tools rather than relying on one alone. For severe anxiety, please also consult your vet.
How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Each product page lists sizing details and recommendations. When in doubt, measure your pet (chest girth for vests, neck for collars, length for beds) and email us — we’re happy to help you pick the right fit.
Are your products vet-recommended?
ApexKin products are curated based on widely recognized pet wellness practices and pet-parent reviews. We’re not veterinarians, and our products aren’t intended to treat or cure medical conditions. Always consult your vet for medical concerns.
What if my pet doesn’t like a product?
Pets are individuals — what one dog loves, another ignores. If a product genuinely doesn’t work for your pet, contact us within 30 days and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and more. Shop Pay Installments lets you split payments on eligible orders.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which uses bank-level SSL encryption. We never see or store your payment information.
